You will need..
2 cups of BBQ sauce
1 can of beer
2 bell peppers
1/2 pound of deli turkey
In a pot, bring to a boil the BBQ sauce and beer (continue stirring sauce throughout cooking and add desired spices. We added pepper, salt, garlic, basil and oregano).
Sauté onion and peppers in a separate pot.
Cut turkey into fine strips and add to peppers and onions once they are done to warm the turkey.
Toast bread lightly.
When BBQ sauce mixture has arrived at desired thickness, turn off burner.
Add turkey, peppers and onions to toast, top with BBQ sauce, and enjoy!
