You will need…
2 chicken breasts ( or four large tenders)
A can of cream of mushroom soup
Add the can of mushroom soup to a glass/metal cooking dish, big enough to fit your chicken.
Add a small amount of water to the can to get the access soup out of the can and add to dish. Mix around until the soup in the dish is a little runny.
Chop up mushrooms to desired size and mix into soup. Save some to place on top of chicken.(again, optional)
Place the chicken breasts into the dish and cover with the soup, with spoon.
Place a slice of provolone cheese on the chicken breasts. Add desired amount of Parmesan on top also, along with mushroom.
Place in oven for about 20 minutes, rotating the pan after 10 minutes.
