Low Fat Easy Banana Bread

You will need…

2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 bananas
1/4 cup water
1 2/3 cups  flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Lemon Juice
Vanilla
Pecans

Combine sugar, eggs, water, flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

Melt the butter and add to the combination.

Stir as you go.

Mush down the bananas, and add to bowl. I mashed them with my hands to make it more lumpy.

Chop up some pecans and throw them in. This is optional.

Add about 2 cap-fuls of lemon juice and add some vanilla. Probably about 2 tablespoons. I just eyeball it.

Mix thoroughly.

Spray canola oil on a loaf pan, and add the mixture to it.

Bake at 350° for about an hour. Check every once in a while. Mine gets done earlier sometimes.
