You will need…
Ground turkey (We get the 1.25 lbs of the 99/1 Jennie.O Turkey.)
Chop up one onion into small chunks.
In a bowl, add the onion into the turkey.
Add the egg into the bowl and mix.
Here’s where it gets tricky.
You want to add enough ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and bread crumbs to make a mushy, brainy consistency. The best estimate would be about a cup of bread crumbs, 5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and a couple squirts of ketchup.
Add spices- I used garlic, oregano and basil.
Make them into patties. For me, it usually makes about 6 large patties.
Cook on the grill. We spray PAM on some aluminum foil and throw the burgers on it, just so they don’t fall apart. Then place that on the grill for about 10 minutes, flip grill for 10 minutes. Then remove from the aluminum.
Add cheese, if wanted, and enjoy!
