You will need…
White chocolate (optional)
Begin by placing the chocolate in a
double boiler. Add milk as needed until it is a little thicker than water.
Add peppermint extract until it is to your liking. I used about 3 capfuls.
One by one dip the Ritz crackers in the chocolate until they are covered. Place them correct-side up on a cooking rack.
One bag of chocolate makes about 2 sleeves of crackers.
For decoration, heat up the white chocolate and drizzle over cookies.
Place in freezer until cool!
