As I mentioned in my last post, I found a recipe for an iced caramel macchiato.
I just tried it and its even better than the Starbucks version!:)
Here is the recipe:
About a cup of milk
1/2 cup espresso
Throw some ice in a cup.
Mix the milk and sugar in the cup.
Pour the hot espresso in the cup and add as much caramel as you want quickly. If the espresso isn’t hot, the caramel won’t met and it’ll get all globby.
