Grilled Shrimp

You will need…

Enough shrimp for your party
Olive oil
Spices-oregano, basil, pepper, salt
A plastic bag

After defrosting your shrimp, place them in the plastic bag.

Melt down about 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp of butter and add to bag. Pour in some olive oil. Just eye it.

Chop up some garlic and add to your liking.

Spice to your liking, also. I add some red pepper too, obviously πŸ™‚

Close the bag and shake around until coated well. If you have time, let them soak for awhile.

Stab them onto the skewers and toss on the grill.

Watch closely, they burn quickly. They shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.
