Veggie Fajitas!

You will need…

Bell peppers
Taco seasoning (or fajita, they’re pretty much the same!)
Spices-of course
Canola oil

Chop up onions (about one and a half works for two people, but we really like onions)

Chop up bell peppers (one should work)

Chop up jalapeno(s), depending on how spicy you would like it.

Pour a bit of canola oil into your skillet and turn on the heat.

Add the veggies to the skillet, stirring occasionally.

Make the taco seasoning-I think you just add like a half cup of water to it, there’s directions on it.

Pout into the skillet when it’s about 3/4 of the way done.

Cook until most of the liquid is gone and add spices accordingly. We use red pepper, garlic, oregano, basil.

Scoop out into tortillas.
