1 stick (1/2 cup or 4 ounces) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
8 ounces cream cheese, well softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Then you just throw the brownie batter in a pan, scoop the cheesecake batter on top and swirl it into the brownies. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees,
Mine turned out soooo gooey and delicious! Yumyumyum!
