The other day I made some chicken, and I thought hmm, a cream sauce on this would be good…. Having no clue how to make one, I threw some stuff together and it actually turned out great!
You will need…
In a pan, pour about a cup (or however much sauce you’d like to make) into the pan. Throw in about 1/4 cup of flour or until desired thickness.
A small amount of butter will do- a tablespoon or less..
A dash of olive oil.
