For Cinco de Mayo (which is pretty much over now) we made some chicken taco sale. Yum! Way to celebrate my people, ha. ha. ha. I’m 1/4 Mexican.
Anyway, my poor jokes aside, you will need…
Nachos or tacos (baked chips are healthier!)
Any other toppings
Chop up the chicken into strips or cubes and toss into a skillet.
After about 3/4 done, add the taco seasoning (I found some specific for chicken tacos, yum!)
On a plate, crunch up your nachos or tacos to small pieces.
Add your toppings, along with chicken.
