Blueberry Lemon Poppyseed Muffins

So I got a blueberry muffin recipe off of food.com and I thought I would spice it up a bit! Here’s my recipe:

2 cups flou
r2/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup nonfat milk (I used skim milk)
1 large egg
1 cup blueberries
A couple shakes of poppyseeds
About 1/4 cup of lemon juice- fresh or otherwise to taste
A bit of vanilla to counteract any sourness

Mix everything together, beside the blueberries. It’s best to add them at the end, so they don’t get smushed in the stirring process!

Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes,
