Banana Rum Cupcakes!

Yuuuum, so I used this recipe, without browning the butter. So I’ll just copy my version below!

You will need:

2 cups of flour
2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
Stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup rum (Or for rum flavoring, use 1/2 tsp and 1 cup milk)
3/4 cup milk
2 mashed bananas

 

Mix that crap together, throw some cupcake liners in, spoon it out and bake for 15 minutes at 325!

For the frosting, the link has it’s own frosting, but I just threw a vanilla frosting together out of 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla!
