Finished pizza!

Make the dough/crust.
Slap on some sauce.
Add .5 ounces (just the container it comes in) of Gorgonzola crumbles and some mozzarella.
Add garlic salt, fennel, basil and red pepper flakes.
Throw on chopped spinach.
Brush egg wash (bit if water and an egg white) on crust.
Toss in oven 425 for about 15 minutes.
