For two you will need…
2 Bread Slices (older the better)
A squirt of honey and syrup
Mix everything but the bread together, whisking until the egg seperates mostly.
Soak the toast in the mixture, one side at a time.
Throw it in a pan (lift with two forks carefully, because they will rip in half!).
Cook until browned 🙂
Add some powdered sugar, syrup, butter or whatever and nomnomnom!
