Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs: AMAZING.

I found this recipe on food.com, and PRAISE MissNezz for making it and putting it out there! This is literally one of the best things I have ever had! TRY IT IMMEDIATELY. Just saying…

Here is her amazing recipe; no need to be changed:

1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
1  can unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon dry mustard (I didn’t use, just because we didnt have any!)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 large green pepper, 1 inch pieces
12 medium mushrooms (I didnt use tomatoes or mushrooms, cause I’m not a fan, but use to your liking!)
18 cherry tomatoes
Drain the pineapple, pouring the juice into a pan. Heat this along with the soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, mustard, and pepper until the sugar is melted down.
Throw this in a bag with the chicken and refrigerate for an HOUR. It smells so good, you wont want to wait, but it is worth it!
After an hour, throw the chicken, peppers and pineapple on kabobs and grill that shit up!
Save the marinade to brush on everything continually through grilling.
Make it for dinner TONIGHT! 🙂
