Healthy Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins!

My goodness. I have found the muffin of ALL muffins!Ā  This woman is a genius. She has altered a muffin down to 95 calories, but my god is it delicious! I’ve been trying to aim at the “clean baking” lifestyle, it’s hard sometimes. But recipes like this make it a little bit tastier šŸ™‚

1 3/4 cup oats
3 egg whites
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar, or sugar alternative
1/2 cup semi sweet cho-o-chips.

Bake that deliciousness at 350 for 15 minutes. The author recommends adding half the semi sweets to the batter and half half way through baking for the cute-ness effect. But I added them all in the batter, and they were still amazing. Super moist, super healthy!
