You will need…
a bag of semi sweet chocolate (28 ounces)
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup of butter
toppings (coconut, sprinkles, cocoa powder)
Melt down half of the chocolate and the cream in a pot. Add the sticks of butter and immediately remove from heat.
Pour into a glass container and place in fridge to cool.
Melt the remaining chocolate when the chocolate is cool. Roll the cold chocolate into balls and dip into liquid chocolate (so much chocolateeeee). Roll in toppings of your choice and place on parchment paper. Throw in freezer when done to help cool.
