Margarita Pizza



1 3/4 – 2 1/4 cups of flour
1 envelope Pizza Yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup of very warm water
3 tablespoons oil

Pizza toppings:
two tomatoes
enough fresh mozzarella to fit your liking
olive oil
salt, pepper, other seasonings

Firstly, make the dough and roll into the size that you’d like. Then brush one side with olive oil and seasonings. Grill one side for about a minute, then repeat the oil and flip. Flip three times until you are on the side that’s been cooked twice. Place the cheese and tomatoes on top and season. If the cheese is not melted enough, stick in the oven at 200 degrees or “warm” to finish it off. Cut and eat! So amazing and simple!
