My sweet Valentine made these for me. Here’s how you can recreate them!
You will need…
A bag of caramels
1 lb of chocolate
1/4 lb white chocolate
Stab caramels with toothpick or anything else comparable.
Melt chocolates in double boiler.
Drip caramels in chocolate and set on plate. Freeze in freezer. Redip at least three times to gather thickness.
Freeze one last time, and then take out to thaw. Let thaw almost completely, so that you can pull the toothpick out. Fill the hole with chocolate and refreeze if desired.
Drizzle chocolate on top. Freeze.
Melt white chocolate and drizzle on top. Freeze and give to sweetheart! 🙂
