Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

DSC_001444I think I already have a post about chocolate chip cupcakes, but guaranteed, these are gooey-er and more delicious.
You will need…
1 1/2 sticks of butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1  1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.Add in egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add in to butter mixture slowly. Mix well after each addition.
Fold in choc’o’chips.
Bake at 350 for fifteen minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
For the frosting, I opted for plain old vanilla.
