Snickerdoodle Cupcakes


These. Are. Amazing. And my favorite thing about them is that they don’t take any weird, specific ingredient, so they can basically be made anytime.

I got this recipe from Tidy Mom. I only changed a few things from her splendid recipe.

You will need…

1 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add in each egg one at a time.

Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly add into butter mixture, alternating with milk. Mix well after each addition.

Bake at 350 for fifteen minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.


6 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1Β½ cups powdered sugar

Mix butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Slowly add in the other ingredients.
